Welcome to Agni

My name is Rachel, and I’m the heart, hands, and steward behind this clothing line.

My first real look into the world of fast fashion opened my eyes to how damaging it can be not only to the environment, but to the people who make and wear the clothes. My closest friend of twenty years along with many of her coworkers developed serious health issues after prolonged exposure to toxic chemicals embedded in their work uniforms. The dyes and treatments used for durability were never meant to be worn against the skin every day.

I can’t reform an entire industry, but I knew I had to respond. I wanted to create clothing that was safe, simple, and gentle something you could feel good in and good about.

Every piece in the Agni collection is made from organic cotton one of the least processed and most earth-conscious fibers available. My hope is to offer clothing that is kind to the body, kind to the land, and able to return to the soil it came from. Circular, intentional, and made to last.

Agni took shape as I raised my boys and made a conscious shift toward a more intentional way of living. What started as a personal conviction slowly became a practice choosing care over convenience, quality over excess, and integrity over haste.

When I’m not designing clothing, I’m in the garden or with my boys choosing a slower, more intentional way of living.

Agni isn’t just a clothing line. It represents a way of building a life one rooted in attentiveness, stewardship, and the belief that what we wear should care for us, not harm us.

Thank you for being here.

It means more than you know.

With warmth,

Rachel

Garment Care for Your Agni Pieces

Each Agni garment is made with love using organic, natural fibers—materials chosen with your health and the earth in mind. Because these fibers are minimally processed and free from synthetic coatings, they thrive with a gentler kind of care.

To honor their integrity and longevity:

Hand wash in cold water with a mild, eco-friendly detergent

Do not wring—gently press out water or roll in a towel

Air dry flat or hang in the shade to preserve shape and color

Avoid bleach or harsh chemicals, which can damage natural fibers

Iron on low if needed, or embrace the natural texture that comes with slow living

With each wash, your garment softens and continues its journey—just like you. Thank you for caring for it with intention.

Agni is more than a clothing line—it’s a living, breathing story of healing, sustainability, and rooted beauty.
